party room rentals

urban sassafras has created lasting memories for kiddos of creativity & imagination for over 6 years and now we are expanding our offerings to parties!

our large party room at our kiddos location is private & beautiful with a bright skylight, interior brick wall, and decorated with art to inspire! we can host up to 10 children and have over 20 creative projects to choose from! 

the details:

• we can accommodate up to 10 guests for $40/hour of rental
• kiddos can choose from our "take & make" project kits off the shelf the day of the party and each do a different project OR everyone can do the same project (must let us know which kit at least 10 days in advance). all art supplies & instruction are provided.
• guest of honor will receive a special handmade gift
• grown-up artists will be on-hand during party to help the little ones create!
• hosts will have access to party room 30 mins before party to set up any decorations, cake, presents, etc. we will do all the cleaning after!
• parties can be booked anytime between 10am - 4pm on saturdays or sundays
• rental fee is due at the time of reservation. project fees can be paid the day of party.
